During the week of the 16th the Sun and Mercury cross Pluto bringing up more stuff that has been kept secret. Tough issues will have to be faced in our lives. Many of us will come to realize that the ways we handle our lives and finances must change. Take a deep breath because the road through the end of this year is sure to be rocky and exciting. We are at the brink of the major transitions we have all been anticipating. Some will act out of fear while others will not be able to contain their enthusiasm.

Jupiter moves into Capricorn on December 18 for the first time in almost twelve years. Jupiter is not especially fond of Capricorn because Jupiter is expansive and adventurous while Capricorn is cautious and disciplined. Over the next year while Jupiter moves through Capricorn we can expect all growth to be controlled. Expansion decisions happen only after great consideration. Capricorn is sure to enjoy a wealth of opportunities while fellow cardinal signs Aries, Libra, and Cancer are stressed by changes that overwhelm. Mars, retrograde in Cancer, backs into Gemini on December 31. Since November 15 Mars has been agitating our emotions and restless feelings. December 2 - 3 Venus, in Libra is sixty degrees from Jupiter and Pluto in Sagittarius. Relationships go very well now, but they can become rather intense. There can be too much of a good thing. Since this aspect forms a trine to the south node we will all be surprised to connect with people from our past. Many will have the guts to venture out of their league. Love and success go well.

December 5 Venus moves into Scorpio until December 30. While Venus is in Scorpio our passions are extreme and we are wise to express affection sensibly. Many of us will be focused on loves lost or even conceiving a child. The next twenty-five days can be sexy ones especially for Scorpio, Pisces, and Cancer. Dress well for those holiday parties. On the other hand Leo, Taurus, and Aquarius may feel chased like a deer in the snow. These signs do well to take a deep breath and under book the holiday schedule.

December 6 Mercury, in optimistic Sagittarius, is ninety degrees from Saturn in Virgo. News and communication are not optimistic. Virgo, Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces have half empty glasses. Persnickety behavior is not attractive.

Sagittarius looks at the bright side of life and since this new Moon is sextile Neptune we are compelled to begin activities that help us to grow in our consciousness and spirituality. December 10 Mercury, in Sagittarius, is ninety degrees from Uranus in Pisces. Uranus is chaotic and brings accidents. The commute to work or even down the hall presents traffic trouble or slippery floors. Use caution to avoid calamities especially if you are Pisces, Sagittarius, Virgo, or Gemini. This is another day to get out of the routine. The pace may be so fast that you do not need that extra cup of coffee.

December 11 Venus, still in passionate Scorpio, is one hundred twenty degrees from Mars in Cancer. Scorpio, Cancer, and Pisces feel intense about a topic or person. It will be tough for most of us to sit back and wait for time to tell how a situation or relationship transpires.
